Sun Comm Technologies, Inc., Installs Satellite TV Master Antennae H25 Analog Upgrade for Alta Vista Regional Hospital

Alta Vista Regional Hospital, a 54-bed facility with inpatient and outpatient care; medical and surgical services; and diagnostic and emergency care, upgraded their hotel’s TV system for its patient rooms and waiting areas with an H 25 analog (not HD) satellite TV master antennae system from Sun Comm Technologies during 2019 in February. The system covers a total of 64 TVs, giving both patients and visitors a much better TV watching experience.

States Sun Comm Technologies, Inc., President Ruben Nunez, “We came up with an excellent solution for the hospital that generated a significant cost savings and an improved TV viewing experience for both its patients and visitors”.

SMATV stands for Satellite Master Antenna Television, and describes a system that uses multiple satellite and broadcast signals to create a single integrated cable system set up on racks sleeves (similar to several computer servers set up on racks at a university computer center) which generates a single integrated cable signal for distribution to every guest’s room in your hotel or motel. With a SMATV system a hospital, hotel or motel can become its’ own in-house cable company.

Sun Comm Technologies, Inc offers both the COM3000 from DIRECTV and traditional SMATV (Satellite Master Antennae Television) headend Free To Guest TV systems. If your hospital, hotel or motel needs an analog upgrade of any type, repairs or a brand new 4K HD COM3000 system by DIRECTV, give the company a call at 505-424-7223.
